What a cracker Sydney Day! With blue skies, great wind and friendly faces welcoming our sailors to the club – we knew that day two of racing was going to be a winner! The forecast held true with a building sea breeze and we got all three races in on the full length course.
The hard stand shenanigans started early on – with the trash talk between nations kicking off the day in good spirits. Many of the sailors took advantage of the crane entry system early on – getting their boat into the water with ease and keeping it in the pond during tune up time.
First race 12 knots, second race 15 knots and third race 22 knots – all round nice Sydney sea breeze sailing! A few felt the need to come in early to save themselves for the main event later this week.
Sore bodies were felt by all – and put everyone through their paces.
